Sciuird Archaeological Tours of the Dingle Peninsula

Apologies  for our website during reconstruction – We will have the full site ready by Mid January.

Sciuird Archaeological Tours of the Dingle Peninsula – ‘The original of the species’ – will operate during 2022 after two years of intermittent service. Planning to provide tours in 2022 is an uncertain occupation as the covid situation remains fluid and restrictions can be introduced at short notice.

However, all things considered, if you wish to join one of our archaeological tours of the wonderful sites scattered throughout the Dingle Peninsula, you can e-mail us directly or phone us;

We will take your details and confirm a collection point for the day in question. If possible we will collect you at your accommodation if you are staying nearby Dingle town.

Assuming we can operate normally

Tours will depart daily at 10am from Dingle Town. Each tour will be limited to 10 people in a 16 seater bus to allay any fears of covid. We will insist that all people joining our tours are fully vaccinated. Each tour takes up to 3 hours and the cost is €40 per person, payable on the day of the tour. The tour will concentrate on visiting as many archaeological sites as possible within the time allowed and we will spend as little time as possible on the bus.

We look forward to meeting you and sharing the world renowned archaeological heritage of the Dingle Peninsula.
